The visionary and team captain behind Brickyard, Harold brings a wealth of experience from his time in sales and business development in corporate America and his enthusiasm as a passionate sports fan. He has raised over $1.5M for his startup, Bandwagon, and is deeply connected in the startup ecosystem. The Brickyard was created out of Harold's own pain points as an early stage entrepreneur trying to navigate the startup landscape so he's helping others avoid mistakes and scale quickly.
Sydney Cooke is a doer. A graduate of Furman University and a marketing professional, Sydney co-founded a marketing agency in 2012 before merging it with another agency in 2017. As a community builder, she works directly with our members to ensure that we’re providing resources, adding value, and making their lives as entrepreneurs easier. Simply put - she gets sh*t done.

Eric Hester has spent over 20 years professionally in the technology field. For Hester, however, the draw of technology began much earlier in his life. He attended college-level computer science courses with his brother at the age of 10. An entrepreneur since his teenage years, he has built several successful ventures, including a regional Internet Service Provider in the late 90s and building the infrastructure teams at NuVox Communications. Before co-founding his current venture, Green Cloud, Hester also served as Technical Director at Sonus Networks, where he designed and implemented some of the largest enterprise Unified Communications infrastructures in the world.
Hester is an avid technologist both at work and play. Considering himself a generalist, Hester consumes technology research daily, constantly trying to stay ahead of the latest technology trends. Outside of work, you can find him flying drones, building solar panels or maybe tinkering with his home automation platform. Often on the menu: outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping and turning a wrench on his track day car.
As a rabid Tigers fan, Hester is also generally easy to spot in the office, often sporting his alumni Clemson orange (well before the recent glory years).
